German Breakfast (the sweet version)


Rolls, Rolls, Rolls or like they are called in this region: Knauzen.
We had croissants, sweet raisin rolls, normal rolls,(called Knauzen) a brezel and a big sourdough-cheese roll (called Seelen here, which means Souls).

Top that with butter, jam, honey or Nusspli, a haselnut spead. So yummy!!

  1. hee - I just had a friend over today for an 'American Breakfast' - monkey bread and scrambled eggs with ham, peppers, and cheese =) Live it up lady - good bread is hard to find in the US =)
